About

Brittany Caulder, PHR, graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology (Human Resources). Her career started nearly 15 years ago working for a government contractor where she learned the ins and outs of supporting business needs while working on multiple high profile Department of Defense and Department of State contracts. She continued in this industry with another company and provided HR support for Department of Energy contracts as well. 

Needing a change of pace, she switched gears and served in HR Management roles and Recruiting within the manufacturing industry and then the environmental/waste management sector.  In her career tenure, she's learned not only the technical side to human resources, but also what the importance of values and a strong company culture can bring to an organization.

Brittany has been married to her husband since 2006 and they enjoy time together with their two boys on the lake and at the ball fields.
